Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon. Orders you place with Danat Store late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Delivery of the items

All Items will be delivered through our International courier service that Danat Gulf selects. The delivery will take between 7 days to 45 days depending on the availability of the items or the necessity of manufacturing items like Jewelry.   

Returns and Replacements

Danat Store adheres to all Products warranty and return policies. All product returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number.NO returns of any type will be accepted without Authorization number, to get your Authorization number, you need to contact us via E-mail sent to [email protected]
Authorization Number issued by Danat Store are valid for 15 days only, and product must be returned to Danat Store within this time frame, The shipping charges will be paid by the customer for any accepted returned items.

We want you to be completely happy with your Danat Store order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of the all the merchandise except the following cases: 

  • Discontinued items
  • Special order items
  • Special discounted Items or promotional items
  • All kinds of Jewelry items
  • Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
  • Items not purchased through Danat Store
  • Open units, units that require re-boxing, or units in an unsuitable resale condition
  • Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished products
  • Items that have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part number by the manufacturer
  • Items that don’t contain all original boxed and packing materials.
  • Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

 Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. 

Payments and responsibilities

By the acceptance of purchasing any items from Danat Gulf, customer holds the full responsibility of any payment method used by him/her to pay for any of our products, Danat Gulf will not hold any responsibility if someone used another person’s credit card without that cardholder’s knowledge and permission.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Luma order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for Danat Store to process your return.
